Returns and Refunds Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our return process is simple and works like this:
- If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returns must be in original packaging and condition. Return shipping is free and we'll email you a return shipping label.
- Products are no longer eligible for returns after 30 days.
- Please allow 3 business days from the receipt of returned product for the original form of payment to be credited. Our business days are from Mondays to Fridays, US Pacific Time.
How to start a return:
- Email us at: email@example.com with the subject "Return Request" with your order ID included in the body of the email.
- We'll reply within 3 business days with a shipping label for you to print out and drop off. Our business days are Mondays thru Fridays.
- We'll process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the product back.
- We'll email you once we've issued your refund. Please note that once we've issued your refund, it may take your bank / credit card a few days to finish processing the refund. For your bank's / credit card's processing times, please contact them directly.
